Katie Walter is a personal trainer, active duty Army officer, and mom to three kids. Her certifications include Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism through Brianna Battles. Katie's love for fitness started in the weight room during high school cheerleading, but evolved to include running when she joined the Army. She has completed one marathon and several half marathons, although her favorite workouts still always include a barbell.
Katie is passionate about helping busy people achieve their fitness goals while balancing various commitments in life, especially (but certainly not exclusively) anyone else in the trenches of parenthood.
