About
Shannon has been a runner for as long as she can remember. Growing up on the hilly backroads of Hockinson, Washington, she quickly discovered that running wasn’t just a hobby—it was her passion. From becoming a nationally ranked middle and high school athlete to earning recognition as a three-time NCAA All-American, Shannon’s journey has always been defined by determination and love for the sport.
As a 33-year-old mother, she achieved another milestone by qualifying for the 2024 Olympic Trials in the marathon, proving that dedication and balance can coexist at any stage of life. Over the years, Shannon never stopped running, training, and refining her craft. Along the way, close family and friends began seeking her guidance, and she realized she had something valuable to share.
With more than two decades of logged miles, training plans, hard-earned experiences, and the countless details that come from mastering a craft, Shannon has turned her passion into coaching. For her, coaching is not just about performance—it’s about empowering runners of all levels to grow, improve, and discover the same joy in running that has shaped her own life.
